Your privacy is very important. The Montana Trappers Association (MTA) respects your concerns about maintaining strict privacy.  Any information that you divulge is kept in confidence.

The MTA will not collect personally identifiable information on this web site or otherwise unless you choose to provide it via electronic mail, phone, or by mail. Even when you choose to provide this information, it is kept confidential.

The MTA will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists or other personally identifiable information.  Some records of individuals who contact the MTA will be maintained in case the need to contact you later or provide further information to you in the future.  However, the MTA will not provide this information to anyone else unless given your permission to do so. 

The MTA's Internet Service Provider collects information about the date and time in which this web site was accessed and the Internet address of the web site from which you linked to this site.  The MTA only uses this information to analyze web traffic and to measure the number of visitors to this site and the addresses of the web sites from which visitors come.  E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information are not available.
